Terms of service

These terms govern use of FieldOps (“the Service”) operated as a subscription software platform for field service teams.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding administrator credentials and team join codes. You must provide accurate registration information.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval selected at checkout (Stripe). You may cancel at period end from the admin subscription page. Failure to pay may suspend access for your organization.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content. You retain ownership of your business data; we process it to provide the Service.

4. Support

Support level depends on your subscription tier. Enterprise customers receive terms defined in their custom agreement.
