The FieldOps iOS and Android apps are for technicians employed by a subscribing business. The app is free for technicians; your employer manages the organization subscription on the web admin portal. If you cannot sign in, contact your company administrator for your team join code or a password reset.
Administrators manage and deactivate technician accounts from the web portal. To deactivate your account or request data export or deletion, contact your company administrator or email us.
Subscriptions are purchased on our website by business administrators (not in the mobile app). To renew a lapsed subscription, use Renew subscription.
