FieldOps (“we”) collects and processes data needed to operate the field service platform.

Data we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, company information
• Operational data: jobs, milestones, photos, signatures, payment status on jobs, technician locations when submitted from the mobile app
• Billing: subscription status via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)

How we use data

To provide the Service, send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, job alerts), improve reliability, and comply with law.

Sharing

We use processors such as Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). We do not sell personal data.

Retention & rights

Data is retained while your subscription is active. You may request export or deletion by contacting us. Tenant deletion by operators removes associated records.
